Learning to Drive with Professor Hamilton and their team

All persons with a provisional driving licence are welcome to learn to drive with our colleague Professor Hamilton and their team. Professional driving instructors, with dual control manual and automatic cars, are expert in working with the neurodiverse, the anxious, ADHD and those who need a more structured, patient approach to mastering the road.

The sessions will be initially available on a Thursday and will expand to other days in response to demand. Each 2 hr session will encompass 55 mins of one to one support in mastering driving theory and 55 mins of behind the wheel experience. Prof. Hamilton will support the learner in booking theory and practical tests and will be available to give extra support on test day and the week before the test.

Should the candidate already have completed their theory test prior to joining us, they will be offered the opportunity to obtain HSE qualifications in Risk Assessment, Manual Handling, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Fire Marshalling etc giving them valuable real world qualifications to enrich their future employability and general confidence.
